Ideal for a quiet beach escape
The staff were kind and seemed genuinely invested in our experience. Every day after returning from the beach, we found our room had been cleaned and stocked, and little surprises like fresh mangos from local carts added a unique touch to our stay.
It wasn't inexpensive, but worth it.

I found everything perfect, totally recommend it to everyone. The setting of hotel was peaceful and best possible, in fact the entire island seemed unusually kid freindly. Spent a nice evening at Club de Playa Mantarraya, located only a short distance to the venue.

By and large, it was ideal place for sightseeing in Isla Holbox, had much fun and met accommodating staff like a couple of hours after we advice to reception because everything has to be asked to the manager. It had a modest restaurant for breakfast and lunch...

beautiful beach strip, excellent swimming pool area, stylishly decorated rooms
The restaurant doesn't open early leaving, and the winding walk to the town becomes tedious in the sand!!!

A fine stay with a peaceful beach ambiance, our room was immaculate and featured a lovely jacuzzi tub with an ocean view. The restaurant offered delicious grilled meat dishes, and the beachside service was attentive and friendly. The beach lacked adequate shade was nice, and the walk to town could be tedious in the sand. While the service was commendable, the restaurant's hours could be improved for early risers.

Our dreamy honeymoon getaway!
We were sooo happy with our stay! The staff were super friendly. The beachside breakfast was very nice, I loved having fresh fruit with my morning coffee! The only bummer was not having enough shade on the beach. Still, it was a perfect spot for relaxation and fun times.

Located on the beach, just a short golf cart taxi ride from town, Villas Caracol offers a serene and peaceful setting. The spacious rooms are stylishly designed and kept exceptionally clean. You can relax in the hammocks or sun beds while enjoying the beautiful view of the beach. The friendly staff provides excellent service and is always ready to assist you. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, with freshly squeezed juice and a fresh fruit bowl. The hotel also offers yoga sessions on the beach, a refreshing way to start your day.
The hotel restaurant prices can be quite high and the quality of the food is inconsistent, as some dishes may not be worth the cost.
